Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills required and non-negotiable.
• Experience handling large datasets and turning data into insights.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a long-term plan for category development.
• Analyze market changes in product mix and pricing for pricing strategy compliance.
• Analyze category performance: sales, margin, pricing, assortment.
• Identify opportunities via SKU performance and promotional effectiveness.
• Build and maintain category dashboards and reporting.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market monitoring.
• Support SKU rationalization and assortment planning.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage projects with timelines and processes.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on reporting and data flows.
• Develop supplier relationships for category initiatives.
