Job summary

Gabby Contract Limited is seeking a Category Manager for Case Goods, Lighting, and Mirrors in Pelham, AL to lead the strategy and development of the product categories across channels.

You will partner with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams, travel to markets and trade shows, and drive growth through pricing, assortment, and innovation while maintaining the brand's design-forward vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in product management and 3 years in purchasing/merchandising/marketing, preferably in home industry.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer demographics and fashion trends to plan for emerging category trends.
• Determines competitive strategies for product development, assortment, pricing, margins, promotions, and clearance.
• Owns category management for Gabby case goods, lighting, and mirrors across channels.
• Guides pricing and merchandising decisions with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams; advises on orders, freight, and packaging.
• Reports to executives on category health and competitive positioning; researches competitors.
• Collaborates with in-house design on product development; travels domestically and internationally to markets and trade shows to source products and build vendor relationships.
• Ensures cross-functional data accuracy and polished marketing materials for successful commercialization.
