Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Category Management Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) in Seattle. You will assist with seller onboarding, track KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and livestream performance, and help manage the onboarding of new breakers to strengthen the seller ecosystem.

You will drive growth by identifying high-potential sellers across verticals like Pokémon, Sports Cards, Memorabilia, and Coins, support category expansion strategies, and collaborate with Operations,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in live streaming, e-commerce, social commerce, or collectibles.

Responsibilities

• Support seller onboarding and account management by assisting with onboarding of new breakers and tracking key performance metrics.
• Drive category growth initiatives by identifying high-potential sellers across key verticals and supporting seller acquisition and category expansion strategies.
• Support livestream operations and campaigns, including new product launches and promotional events.
• Assist business operations by organizing Weekly Business Reviews and tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing to improve seller experience.
