Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking a data analytics professional to drive data-driven insights for category management and sales initiatives. You will contribute to category reviews, new item presentations, scorecards, assortment and shelving strategies, trade planning and promotional analysis.

The position is hybrid in the office, three days a week, based in Bloomfield, NJ, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and ensuring data accuracy across tools and sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of analytics, CPG, or retail experience.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint; Power BI a big plus.
• Experience with POS, syndicated data or space management tools is a bonus.
• Curious mind with drive for results and a team-first attitude.

DESCRIPTION

This position is #hybrid in the office , 3 days a week.

You will drive data-driven insights to support category management and sales initiatives, including category reviews, new item presentations, scorecards, assortment and shelving strategies , as well as trade planning and promotional analysis .

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• 1+ years of experience in analytics, CPG , or retail

• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a big plus
