BODYARMOR is looking for a Category Analyst - Bottler (East) to join our team.

Responsible for supporting Bottler & Channel specific selling strategies and Retail Execution at BODYARMOR. This role leverages our various knowledge sources and systems to provide robust and fact-based insights that influence decision making with KO Bottler stakeholders, as well as Bottler-Led customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop insights to be leveraged by bottler partners in a variety of settings, in support of achieving BODYARMOR sales objectives.
• Share impactful messaging which captures the latest category trends, analysis & projections.
• Own analytics & insights communication during internal and external meetings.
• Generate and disseminate weekly / monthly state of the business reporting using syndicated and proprietary insights tools.
• Answer ad hoc business questions by using insights tools such as Tableau, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.
• Train bottler sales teams on the use of Category Management tools as needed.

Category Analytics

• Proactively & consistently analyze key performance metrics and identify execution gaps, sub-par performance and category dynamic shifts.
• Lead monthly scorecard process focusing on latest trends & drivers impacting topline performance.
• Own and evolve reporting tools & platforms for internal teams to leverage as part of analytical process to glean insights and make recommendations to key external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years experience in sales, category management, analytics, shopper insights and/or strategy required.
• Remote-based, residence West of the Mississippi highly preferred.
• Up to 25% travel by car or plane required.
• Technically proficient in: Tableau, Scan systems, Panel systems, MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.
• Team player with exceptional leadership, communication and project management qualities.
• Demonstrated capacity for big picture, strategic thinking, creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Field sales experience preferred.
