Responsibilities
  • Translate product functionalities and technical details into user benefits and value.
  • Develop content to support the sales process and ensure message clarity and consistency.
  • Create materials such as product demos, PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, brochures, white papers, and videos.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams on product positioning and messaging.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product marketing content.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and facilitate success stories using the CatchProbe platform.
  • Manage onboarding and training for new customers.
  • Support and coach clients on platform utilization.
  • Master the product offering and evaluate end-user needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2G product marketing.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for marketing collateral.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and product positioning.
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization, and independent execution skills.
  • Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or related field.
