Job summary

Catchprobe is seeking a Product Marketing and Sales Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating complex product functionalities into clear user benefits, developing various marketing materials, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position aimed at building strong relations with clients and supporting their use of the Catchprobe platform.

Responsibilities
  • Translate product functionalities and technical details into user benefits and value.
  • Develop content to support the sales process and ensure clarity and consistency of messaging.
  • Create materials such as product demos, PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, brochures, white papers, and videos.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product marketing content.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful utilization of the CatchProbe platform.
  • Own onboarding processes, working with clients and internal teams to onboard and train new customers.
  • Support and coach clients on the platform.
  • Master the product offering and evaluate end-user needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2G product marketing.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for marketing collateral.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and product positioning.
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization, and independent execution abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • 3+ years in SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with OSINT domain.
  • Results-driven, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
