Responsibilities
- Translate product functionalities and technical details into user benefits and value.
- Develop content to support the sales process and ensure clarity and consistency of messaging.
- Create materials such as product demos, PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, brochures, white papers, and videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for product marketing content.
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful utilization of the CatchProbe platform.
- Own onboarding processes, working with clients and internal teams to onboard and train new customers.
- Support and coach clients on the platform.
- Master the product offering and evaluate end-user needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2G product marketing.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for marketing collateral.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and product positioning.
- Strategic thinking, prioritization, and independent execution abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- 3+ years in SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with OSINT domain.
- Results-driven, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English communication.
