Qualifications

• Experience supervising catching crews in poultry or livestock environments.
• Willingness to obtain CDL and forklift certification.
• Ability to work 8–10 hours with active catching operations.
• Commitment to animal welfare and biosecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise catching crews to load chickens timely, safely, and humanely.
• Maintain communication with catching managers, live production personnel, and transportation teams.
• Train employees on company policies for catching, loading, animal welfare, safety, and biosecurity.
• Monitor safety, quality, and animal welfare issues and address them promptly.
• Enforce company policies and promote positive relationships with staff and partners.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and logistics for loading operations.
• Perform catching duties as needed and support other live production activities.
