We Are Legal Revolution in Houston is seeking a Catastrophic Injury Defense Attorney with 3+ years of insurance-defense experience to manage high-exposure cases, including trucking and products liability, from inception to trial.

You will handle depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation while working closely with seasoned trial lawyers on major corporate matters. This role offers a direct path toward partnership in a focused, trial-driven practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Experience in trucking/ transportation, premises liability, products liability, or catastrophic injury.
• Strong litigation and case management skills.
• Deposition and motion practice experience.
• Texas Bar admission or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Taking and defending depositions.
• Drafting and arguing substantive motions.
• Attending mediations.
• Preparing cases for trial.
• Direct client communication.
• Working alongside experienced trial attorneys on high-stakes matters.
