Nysurgeon in Fairlawn, Ohio is expanding and seeks a Cataract Surgeon to join our PE-owned practice. This full-time role offers base salary plus production, a sign-on/relocation package, and a clear path to partnership.

Open to residents, fellows, and in-practice physicians. Benefits include 5 weeks vacation, CME, malpractice insurance, 401K, hospital call and LASIK/refractive options with a 200 hour PTO plan; start ASAP.
