COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• Year 1: Guaranteed minimum of $350,000+ (based on experience).
• Year 2: 35% of Collections.
• No compensation cap = Unlimited potential!
• Up to a $25,000 Sign-on Bonus.
• Up to $20,000 for Relocation Assistance.
• 401(k).
• 20 days PTO.
• Additional 17 days annually for CE + Sick Days + Paid Holidays.
