SightMD is seeking a Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon to join our growing New Jersey practice, with opportunities based in Toms River, Brick, or Spring Lake Heights. You will provide comprehensive ophthalmic care and cataract surgery, and work with an established patient base.

Early- to mid-career physicians are encouraged; NJ license required or ability to obtain. The role offers a physician-led model with mentorship and opportunities for equity partnership.

Qualificações

• Must hold an MD or DO with completed Ophthalmology residency.
• Board certified or eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Active NJ medical license or ability to licensure prior to start.
• Fellowship training is a plus.
• Open to early-to-mid career physicians (2–10 years in practice).

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmologic care, including cataract surgery.
• Manage a full clinical and surgical caseload.
• Maintain a clinic and surgical schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Collaborate with a transitioning surgeon to assume patient base.
• Build relationships with referring optometrists and primary care providers in New Jersey.
• Participate in equity partnership pathway within first two years.

Formação académica
