Position Highlights:

1. Join a busy practice with extensive pathology and high surgical volume right from the start.

3. Affiliated physician-owned surgical center is adjacent to the main facility.
4. Full-service eye care provided by 8 Ophthalmologists, 11 Optometrists, and full optical services.
5. 1:8 call, no weekend, holidays, or night shifts, providing a great work/life balance.

Compensation Details:

1. Guaranteed base salary in years 1 and 2 with lucrative production bonus.
2. Transparent partnership track after just two years with proven earnings of $1 million plus.
3. Great lifestyle position with 6+ weeks of PTO.

5. 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and more.
