Cataract Surgeon ($400K): Partnership Expected in 1.5 Years, 4.5-Day Workweek
Eye Surgeons Associates Quad Cities (Bettendorf, IA / Rock Island, IL)

Physician-owned private practice, with no plans to sell to private equity.

THE OFFER

• $400K base, plus production incentive
• Partnership expected in 1.5 years. We don't churn young associates.
• Prefer to stay an employee? That's an option too.
• Affordable buy-in of $200K-$350K
• Partners earn 40% of collections (vs. the 25-33% common elsewhere)
• Partnership has added six figures of income most years, plus additional passive income from our ASC and real estate
• Only 4-6 weeks of call per year

BUSY FROM DAY ONE

• Full-time surgeons perform 750-1,500 cases a year
• 100,000+ patient visits a year; the dominant practice in a 500,000+ metro for 40+ years
• Our own ASC: 2 ORs on your cataract days, so no waiting on turnover
• Laser-assisted and premium-lens refractive cataract surgery
• In-house referrals to partners in retina, cornea, oculoplastics, pediatrics, and glaucoma, plus 5 comprehensive ophthalmologists and 8 optometrists across 5 clinics

SUPPORT

• 2 scribes for busy full-time surgeons, plus multiple techs and a dedicated scheduler
• Current-generation technology and a 150-person team
