Eye Surgeons Associates Quad Cities in Bettendorf, IA / Rock Island, IL seeks a Cataract Surgeon to join a physician-owned private practice. Base salary $400K with production incentives and a path to partnership in 1.5 years.

An optional employee track is available, with a buy-in of $200K-$350K and a 40% share of collections for partners. The practice handles 100,000+ visits annually across multiple clinics, features a private ASC with 2 ORs, and emphasizes laser-assisted premium cataract

Responsibilities

• Perform cataract surgeries with laser-assisted and premium-lens options.
• Collaborate with retina, cornea, oculoplastics, pediatrics, and glaucoma specialists.
• Manage high-volume caseload (750–1,500 cases per year).
• Support ASC operations with 2 ORs and dedicated scheduler.

• In-house referrals to partners in retina, cornea, oculoplastics, pediatrics, and glaucoma, plus 5 comprehensive ophthalmologists and 8 optometrists across 5 clinics

SUPPORT

• 2 scribes for busy full-time surgeons, plus multiple techs and a dedicated scheduler
