Johnson Laser Eye is a boutique cataract and refractive surgery practice dedicated to delivering the region’s most elevated patient experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a second cataract surgeon who will have immediate surgical volume, the opportunity to perform advanced technology cataract surgery in a state-of-the-art office-based surgery suite, and a clear pathway toward partnership.
This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving, physician-owned, surgical practice supported by an established optometric referral network and a strong reputation throughout the region. Johnson Laser Eye has grown rapidly since inception and offers the opportunity to join a successful organization at an exciting stage of expansion — helping shape the future of a premium cataract and refractive surgery center.
Johnson Laser Eye was designed from the beginning as a surgical ophthalmology practice. We are intentionally specialized in what we do best: delivering exceptional vision restoration and refractive outcomes in our own modern facility, supported by a highly trained, collaborative team.
Our mission is to provide a national-class experience for our patients and their families, our staff, and our referring optometric and ophthalmic colleagues. We believe our responsibility extends beyond excellent surgical outcomes — it is about creating a positive impact on the lives of everyone we serve. Every aspect of our organization, from our facility and technology to our team culture and processes, is designed around this objective.
Johnson Laser Eye has built a reputation around premium cataract surgery, with approximately 80% of our patients choosing advanced technology solutions. We are seeking a surgeon who shares our commitment to innovation, precision, and providing patients with the highest level of vision correction available.
All procedures are performed on-site in our modern office-based surgery suite.
The incoming surgeon will step into an established surgical volume supported by our optometric referral network, strong word-of-mouth reputation, and growing community presence. This allows the surgeon to focus on surgical excellence from the beginning rather than spending years building a practice.
As the practice continues to expand, there will be opportunities for increasing involvement in our Refractive Surgery program based on the surgeon’s goals, interests, and performance. Mentorship and training will be available, as needed, for surgeons interested in developing expertise in refractive surgery, including:
