Job description

Las Vegas, Nevada

We believe physicians should lead medicine.

Our practice is built on that principle and remains 100% physician-owned and physician-led. We have deliberately chosen an independent path, free from corporate ownership and private equity, because we believe the best decisions for patients—and the future of our profession—are made by physicians.

Led by nationally and internationally recognized leaders in ophthalmology, we are seeking an outstanding Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our surgical team. Our physician leadership is committed to mentoring the next generation of ophthalmic leaders while fostering an environment where experienced surgeons continue to grow professionally.

This is an opportunity to join a modern ophthalmology practice founded on established cataract referral relationships, recognized expertise in premium cataract and refractive surgery, and a culture where physicians shape both the clinical and strategic direction of the organization.

Why Join Us?

Opportunity to earn ownership in our physician-owned ambulatory surgery center
Modern facilities with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist committed to clinical excellence, premium cataract surgery, advanced technology intraocular lenses, refractive excellence, and exceptional patient care.

Fellowship training is desirable but not required. Candidates with demonstrated interest or experience in premium cataract and refractive surgery are encouraged to apply.
