About the Filutowski Eye Institute

The Filutowski Eye Institute is a busy and well-established practice that specializes in cataract surgery (standard and refractive) and refractive surgery.

The practice is located in three locations across Central Florida and the east coast beaches, and is the main referral practice for over 200 local optometrists.

Procedures and Technology

• Lake Mary and Daytona Beach offices each have an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• The Lake Mary office houses a SMILE/LASIK/PRK suite with Zeiss VisuMax and Mel 90 excimer laser.
• Cataract surgery utilizes Light Adjustable Lens (LAL), Toric, EDOF and Multifocal IOLs, and MIGS.
• Refractive procedures include SMILE, LASIK, PRK, ICL, and RLE.
