Post‑trip cleaning and resupply
Communication of critical maintenance needs

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of luxury yachting or commercial watersports aboard sailing catamarans over 55 feet carrying over 60 passengers (senior mate)
Current USCG credential
Current First Aid/CPR
Ability to walk on various types of surfaces including rough terrain, sitting, standing, maintaining balance, on the beach, and in the water, and work alone
Ability to work in various settings such as exposure to sunlight and outside temperature
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all persons contacted during the work
Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations and safe practices
Ability to operate assigned equipment, read and interpret documents
