Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in heterogeneous catalyst manufacturing (lab to production).
• Experience with alumina supports (extrudates, tablets, or spheres).
• Experience with base metal and/or precision metal impregnation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize manufacturing unit operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance yield, throughput, and quality.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams to validate product specifications.
• Support development and implementation of new equipment, procedures, and systems to improve safety and reliability.
