Our client in Austin, TX, is seeking a Catalyst Engineer to join the Customer Experience (CX) support team. The role focuses on enterprise networking solutions, cloud integration, and automation, with hands-on customer engagements for pilots and deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in enterprise networking, Cisco Catalyst expertise, and strong communication skills, plus CCIE or equivalent certifications. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customer-centric network solution design and service delivery.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Catalyst Switching, Catalyst Center, Enterprise Routing & Switching, and automation tools like Python and Ansible.
• CCIE certification or equivalent advanced certifications highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, and VRF.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
