Job summary

Grand Design RV is seeking a detail-oriented Catalogue Support team member to assist the Catalogue Manager in maintaining the parts catalogue with photos and part numbers. In this role you will input data, manage floorplans, verify parts usage, and track changes across PCN/BOM/MRP systems while supporting inventory and plant operations.

Ideal candidates have basic data entry skills, experience with Adobe Photoshop/Acrobat and Excel, and a can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Data input experience is preferred.
• Experience with photo software (Adobe), Acrobat DC and Excel.
• NetSuite or similar database experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up new part numbers as directed by Catalogue Manager.
• Input and maintain floorplans and catalog data.
• Track new and existing parts with photos, prints and hyperlinks.
• Obtain photos of parts and usage at the plant.
• Provide catalog support as directed by Catalogue Manager.
• Monitor PCN/BOM/MRP changes and reflect in catalogues.
• Verify parts being entered align with product shown.
• Assist with plant inventory as needed.

Grand Design is currently seeking a qualified team member to join the Catalogue Support team. As a Grand Design team member in this role, you will support the Catalogue Manager by accurately and efficiently maintaining the parts catalogue with photos and corresponding part numbers.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Setup new part numbers as directed by Catalogue Manager
• Setup, input, and maintain all floorplans
• Track all new/existing parts for prints, pictures, and hyperlinks as needed
• Attain pictures of parts and part usage at the plant
• Provide catalog support as directed by Catalogue Manager
• Track all PCN/BOM/MRP changes
• Perpetually input data from PCN's/BOM's/MRP/s into catalogue
• Input parts of parts into appropriate catalogues
• Verify that parts being entered are being used for product shown
• Assist with plant inventory
