Qualifications

• 2–5 years of QA or ecommerce catalog experience.
• Experience testing web and mobile ecommerce experiences.
• Experience with PIM/DAM or product catalog systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate new products and launches across web and mobile.
• Verify presentation, configuration options, imagery, and content align with designs.
• Test new product templates, layouts, and personalization experiences.
• Place customer orders and perform end-to-end validation of the ordering experience.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and match online specs.
• Validate catalog categorization, merchandising, and pricing updates.
• Identify, document, and track defects and usability issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering to resolve catalog issues.
• Provide updates to the agile team on testing progress and risks.
• Act as champion of quality on the agile team.
