Misslib is hiring a Cataloging Librarian to coordinate and perform cataloging of library materials. This role requires a Master’s degree from an ALA-accredited school and experience with an Integrated Library System. You will provide bibliographic cataloging and assist with materials processing while maintaining the library systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an ALA-accredited school is required.
• Experience cataloging in an Integrated Library System (ILS) such as SIRSI.
• Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide original and copy bibliographic cataloging.
• Maintain serial materials in various formats.
• Assist in training new library employees and student assistants.
