Overview

Performs Radiology procedures in accordance with policies and standards in effect for the Radiology Department. Cooperates and works effectively with fellow Radiology employees and other members of the healthcare team. Exemplifies professionalism in working with all outside health agencies, physicians' offices, and outpatients. Prepares and maintains patient records.

Qualifications

Graduate of a recognized, approved American Medical Association Council of Education Program in Radiologic Technology; associate’s degree preferred.

Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
