Job summary

FINRA CAT in Rockville, MD, seeks a Helpline Analyst to deliver specialized technical support to CAT Industry Members. You will apply analytical skills to research and coordinate processing of requests and issues under supervision.

Hybrid work environment with potential travel. You will interface with industry members, regulatory users, and subject matter experts, document inquiries in the CRM, and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in the financial industry with regulatory reporting knowledge preferred.
• Ability to interact with Industry Members and regulatory staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with industry members, regulatory users, peers, management and others on CAT system issues.
• Intake calls, research, resolve and document moderately complex issues.
• Provide end-user training and guidance.
• Document inquiries in CRM with caller and firm details.
• Mentor junior analysts.
