Responsibilities

• Actively partner with volunteers during each shift to create an inclusive, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with volunteers to complete daily tasks and share workload.
• Assist with volunteer recruitment and onboarding.
• Support volunteer retention through guidance and feedback.
• Handle animal care tasks, cleaning enclosures, and feeding responsibilities.
• Maintain records and coordinate with the Cat Care Manager on program needs.
