Qualifications

• Minimum two years of high school.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to take oral and written instructions well and write legibly.
• Demonstrated knowledge of how to communicate effectively with all individuals.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents and guests in all dining venues, regularly pour water, and take beverage and meal orders.
• Serve meals accurately with proper service style, timing, and professionalism.
• Maintain food quality, temperature, and presentation; monitor temperatures as required.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and allergens; answer questions confidently.
• Learn residents' preferences and suggest menu options that fit dietary needs.
• Clear and reset tables; ensure proper setup for each course.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across dining rooms and equipment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events and private dining.
• Support training and orientation of new dining staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent dining experiences.
• Follow timelines to complete tasks and deliver meals promptly.
