Job summary

Luther Acres in Lititz, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for casual/PRN roles at our skilled nursing Healthcare Center. Two tiers offer premium pay with flexible shifts and holiday pay, plus opportunities for career growth and access to campus amenities.

You will support residents’ health and well-being, assist the nursing team, and provide compassionate daily care in a community-focused environment. Enrollment on the PA Nurse Aide Registry or approved training is required.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment on The Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry or completion of approved training with competency evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a link between residents and the supervising nurse or physician.
• Talk with residents to observe symptoms and relay information to the clinical care team.
• Assist Registered and Licensed Nurses in administering treatment and care for residents.
• Take care of residents’ day-to-day needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

We’re currently seeking dedicated CNAs for our skilled nursing Healthcare Center at Luther Acres (Lititz, PA) on a casual basis. We understand that flexibility is important, so we’ve designed a casual/PRN CNA opportunity that offers two unique tiers with premium compensation, letting you choose what works best for your lifestyle. Details of the casual/PRN positions are listed below:

Tier 1:

• -Paid Premium Rate
• - 2 shifts per month
• - 1 Holiday per year
• -Includes:
• Shift/Weekend Differentials
• Holiday Pay

Tier 2 (Priority Scheduling):

• - Paid Premium Plus Rate. Highest PRN hourly rate offered; ideal for highly flexible, experienced CNAs.
• - 4 shifts per month
• - 2 Holidays per year
• -Includes:
• Shift/Weekend Differentials
• Holiday Pay

WHAT YOU DO:

As a CNA at Luther Acres, you’re an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by monitoring their overall health and well-being. You’ll do this in several ways, including:

1. Serving as an important link between residents and the supervising nurse or physician.
