Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a Casual Licensed Home Care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver patient care in home settings from the Roseville office, serving the Twin Cities Metro area. This role offers independence, flexible days, and field-based work.

Requirements include MN PTA licensure, 2 years PTA experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BLS certification. Compensation includes hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, 401k, and other benefits.

Aufgaben

• Provide PTA services under the direction and supervision of a qualified physical therapist.
• Participates in ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient.
• Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
• Completes and submits timely, legible, accurate, relevant and sufficient documentation addressing the treatment and interventions provided, the patient’s response to the treatment and interventions, and the patient’s progress toward goals in accordance with professional standards of practice, policy and procedures, and payer requirements.
• Counsels and educates the patient and the family, and other caregivers to promote patient progress toward mutually established goals and in meeting healthcare related needs.

Casual Licensed Home Care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Enjoy independence and flexibility in the field to provide care for patients in their home environment.

Hours: Casual - Days

This position will work in the field helping patients in their home setting. The office is in Roseville, MN and the service area is the 11 counties of the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Range: $31.40 - $37.44
• Mileage Reimbursement

A few must-haves for this position:

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Minnesota. License is active and in good standing.
• Two (2) years of experience as a PTA.
• Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR/BLS Certification

Here are some functions of what you would do as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant:

• Provide services for treating impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function under the direction and supervision of a qualified physical therapist.
• Participates in ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient.
