Labcorp in Columbia, TN is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in a Casual/Per Diem role. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages and provide excellent patient service across sites.

The position emphasizes accurate data entry, billing support, and adaptable scheduling. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with phlebotomy certification or completed training; 1+ year phlebotomist experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or phlebotomy certification or completed training.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency.
• Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
