GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales goals and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and connection, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
