Harney District Hospital in Burns, Oregon is seeking a casual EMT to join its EMS Team. The successful candidate will provide pre-hospital care and transport patients to medical facilities, while safely operating an emergency medical vehicle and fulfilling duties aligned with the department's mission.

Qualifications include an Oregon EMT license, AHA CPR certification, a valid driver''s license, and high school diploma. BTLS/PHTLS or equivalent are desirable or obtainable within six months.

Formación

• Equivalent to a high school education supplemented with additional specialized emergency medical training.
• Possession of or ability to obtain EMT license issued by the State of Oregon.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certificate.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record.
• Diploma copy or official transcript to meet CLIA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-hospital care and transport of injured or sick persons to a medical facility.
• Operate an emergency medical vehicle in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties consistent with the EMS Team''s mission.
