Job summary

Aruma in Wyoming is seeking casual support workers to help people with disabilities live fuller, more connected lives. You’ll join our Community Services team, delivering compassionate personal care, facilitating activities, and supporting community participation.

Flexible Monday–Friday availability is preferred. You may need to obtain First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children checks, plus a valid driver’s license and insured car.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with disabilities is a plus.
• Flexibility to work Monday–Friday is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and provide compassionate personal care.
• Ability to build relationships and foster inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support people with disabilities in clinics, homes, and community settings.
• Lead activities and outings to promote social engagement.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
• Promote safety, dignity, and inclusion in all interactions.
