Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents. You will be on the front lines, ensuring dignity, respect, and autonomy for residents, with emphasis on high-quality support and teamwork.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, timely reporting of condition changes, and accurate charting. BLS certification and active CNA registry status are required to join our mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
