Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Duluth, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. As a CNA-NAR you will provide direct resident care, report condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and chart in the POC system, while prioritizing tasks and maintaining quality care.

We offer a competitive hourly range of $22.60–$24.96 with shift differentials, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and an active incentive program for shift pickups.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
