Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Engineer focused on Casting Process Development to join our team in Mapleton, IL.

This onsite role features 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, with full benefits, PTO, and a strong growth path within a Fortune 100 company. The role emphasizes development of centrifugal casting processes, DOEs, and reduction of silica exposure risk, aiming for significant year-over-year cost savings per machine.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of industrial experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; an Associate's degree will be considered with 4+ years of relevant experience; a Master's degree will be considered with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing process for centrifugal casting and DOEs.
• Document results from experiments and DOE tasks.
• Prepare and start up equipment for daily tasks.
• Communicate needs or roadblocks to leadership.
• Participate in weekly update meetings with leadership.
