Job summary

Rogers Corporation in Chandler, AZ is seeking an operator to perform daily production tasks on the casting line, monitor the process, and communicate with teammates to ensure production targets are met.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating casting equipment, supporting the casting process, performing routine maintenance, recording production data, and upholding safety protocols. This is a day shift with a 6:00am–6:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Willing and able to become certified in forklift operation.
• Willing and able to work with computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and operation of casting equipment and machinery.
• Support the casting process to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist with routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records of production runs, including production rates, material usage and equipment performance.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during casting runs and report any safety concerns to management immediately.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and aid in implementing changes as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
