Overview: This role will be responsible for performing various day‑to‑day production tasks in the manufacturing facility on the casting line, monitoring the casting process and communicating with other team members to ensure production targets are met.

Essential Functions

• Assist with the set-up and operation of casting equipment and machinery.
• Support the casting process to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist with routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in good working order.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including production rates, material usage, and equipment performance.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during casting runs and report any safety concerns to management immediately.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and aid in implementing changes as necessary.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
