Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with 5+ years lab experience.
• Experience operating, calibrating and maintaining analytical lab equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF quality systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate results.
• Ability to follow written procedures and document results.
• Knowledge of lab testing methods and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, standardize, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory analytical equipment (OES, XRF, LECO, LUX).
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace components as needed.
• Conduct chemical and material analyses using ICP, FTIR, and copper determination methods.
• Inspect production samples for defects and determine corrective actions (rework/scrap).
• Support automated operations by performing manual testing when required.
• Document results and maintain laboratory records per quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and ensure ISO/IATF compliance.
• Safely handle and label universal waste per regulations.
