Job summary

MacLean Power Systems in Mankato, MN is hiring a Production Team Member for Casting & Finishing. You will support the foundry by handling molds, pouring molten iron in the Casting Department and operate grinders and finishing tools to meet exact specs in the Finishing Department.

Starting pay is $25.85 per hour with a $1.25/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus rapid pay increases and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability and strong attendance are essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow within MPS.

Responsibilities

• Casting Department: handle molds and cores, manage pouring of molten iron, perform quality tests.
• Finishing Department: operate grinders and de-gating tools to meet exact customer specs.
