Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in casting operations (investment and/or continuous).
- Strong understanding of casting processes, alloy behavior, and defect mechanisms.
- Experience with RCA tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams) and quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for casting defects like porosity and inclusions.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Analyze wax pattern quality, mold integrity, and casting parameters.
