Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in casting operations (investment and/or continuous).
• Strong understanding of casting processes, alloy behavior, and defect mechanisms.
• Experience with RCA tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams) and quality systems.

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for casting defects like porosity and inclusions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to implement corrective actions.
