Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Virginia is seeking a concrete casting technician to read drawings and bring panels to final, high-quality finishes. You will vibrate and rake concrete, monitor form work, and ensure smooth removal of panels from molds while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of concrete experience, can read prints, and follow standard casting procedures with attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret simple drawings/prints for concrete casting tasks.
• Understand casting procedures and follow safety rules.
• Minimum of one year concrete or casting experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Read engineering drawings/prints for concrete shelters and panels.
• Rake or vibrate concrete to achieve proper consolidation and finish.
• Finish concrete panels with slick, float, brush, or exposed textures as directed.
• Remove panels from molds and cover with plastic/blanket after pour.
• Operate screens, screed, vibrator, and other hand/electric tools.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety guidelines.
