Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Machine Operator in Delavan, WI to perform cast washing, material transport, and impeller balancing on a variety of metals. You will document work orders and maintain quality through checks while collaborating with a team in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic machine operation skills, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Experience with SAP/S/4 Hana ERP is preferred, and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to operate a powered pallet jack or forklift (license preferred).
• Basic machine operation skills required.
• Experience with SAP or S/4 Hana ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions and quality plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate castings washer and balance areas for various cast iron, bronze, and stainless-steel parts.
• Load and unload castings, transport materials to staging areas or work centers.
• Transport materials to appropriate locations and balance impellers on Hines Balancers.
• Document work orders and receipts; generate necessary documentation.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct any non-conformances.
• Perform other duties as required.
