Responsible for operating casting units, melting and pouring into ceramic molds using induction or vacuum induction furnaces following detailed instructions. The role involves working under supervision, assisting with mold handling, preheating, melting alloys, and performing post-cast operations.
Requires physical effort such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, climbing, and handling hot molds. Uses hand tools, pyrometers, hoists, and furnaces.
Starting pay is $25.21, with a top rate of $29.56 at 9 months, plus shift differential. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), health insurance, and more. Must work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
