VIP Cinemas in Newton, AL is hiring a Cast Member for a Part-Time position at the VIP Star-Lite Drive-In to deliver friendly guest service at the cinema.

As a front-line team member you will support box office, concessions, and usher duties, work with a great team, and help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable movie experience for every guest. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must commit to showing up to work on time when scheduled.

Job Description

• Our Cast Members perform the essential front-line tasks for the movie theater, including roles in the box office, concession stand, and as an usher.

Cross-training in selling tickets, running concession POS transactions, serving concession products, cleaning the theater and providing guest services is provided to all Cast Members. Generally, work tasks will include:

• Sell tickets, and serve food and drinks to customers
• Clean and sanitize the theater regularly
• Stock and record inventory efficiently
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with management as issues arise
• Work collaboratively with the team
