Job summary

GQT Movies in Concordia, KS is seeking a Cast Member to provide friendly guest service at the box office, concession, and as an usher in a fast-paced community theater.

You will cross-train on tickets, concessions, cleaning, inventory, and guest services while working closely with a supportive team. Employee discounts and opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Cast Members perform front-line tasks in the theater, including box office, concession stand, and usher roles.
• Cross-training in selling tickets, concession POS, serving concession products, cleaning the theater and guest services.
• Sell tickets, and serve food and drinks to customers.
• Clean and sanitize the theater regularly.
• Stock and record inventory efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with management as issues arise.
• Work collaboratively with the team.

Job Description

• Our Cast Members perform the essential front-line tasks for the movie theater, including roles in the box office, concession stand, and as an usher.

Cross-training in selling tickets, running concession POS transactions, serving concession products, cleaning the theater and providing guest services is provided to all Cast Members. Generally, work tasks will include:

• Sell tickets, and serve food and drinks to customers
• Clean and sanitize the theater regularly
• Stock and record inventory efficiently
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with management as issues arise
