Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is hiring for an entry level Cast House Saw Operator in Barberton, OH. This full-time, on-site role on 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) offers opportunities to learn production processes and rotate duties across the casting floor.

You will follow safety procedures, perform equipment checks, document data, and support TPM activities while contributing to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $20.61 per hour with a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to read and understand warning labels, JSA, and MSDS.
• Willingness to obtain LOTOV certification if not already.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• 1 year manufacturing experience and HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety procedures and operates equipment to meet production targets.
• Performs equipment checks and completes required paperwork.
• Participates in TPM activities and 5S housekeeping.
• Maintains product traceability and documents changes to tooling and process parameters.
• Accepts assignments across rotating duties on the cast house floor.
