Job summary

Tower Extrusions Ltd. in Sherman, TX seeks a motivated Cast House Supervisor to lead production operations at our cast house facility. Training starts on the day shift to understand processes, team dynamics, and expectations, with a possible transition to permanent night shift after training.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Cast house or metal production experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead by example with a professional presence on the production floor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cast house production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop cast hours team members.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor production performance and address operational issues as they arise.
• Maintain a professional, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Communicate effectively with management and production personnel across shifts.
• Train employees on procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
