Job summary

EKLUTNA GAMING AUTHORITY is seeking a Surveillance Observer to monitor the casino floor, cages, drop/count processes, and all camera coverage on and around the property. You will generate daily written activity reports highlighting violations and suspicious activities for the manager.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, familiarity with digital surveillance and IT systems, and the ability to work independently, including varied shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with digital surveillance equipment preferred.
• Experience with IT systems, hardware and software (servers, AD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect the company’s best interest.
• Monitor activity on and around the casino floor.
• Review video to research matters at hand.
• Maintain discretion with sensitive issues.
• Work independently and pay attention to detail.
• Accurately log reports for the department manager.
• Relay information on performance, complaints, or violations to the Manager.
• Follow company and departmental policies and procedures.
